Seawane Country Club Raises Funds for Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation
Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation benefited from a golf-putting championship at The Seawane Country Club in Hewlett Harbor on August 16. James Lusk, Seawane's head golf professional, along with fellow golf professionals Chris Crenshaw, Tyler Jaramillo and Kyle Tasselmyer, each putted 1,000 golf balls over a two-hour period – with some 100 of Seawane’s members donating 25¢ each for every successful putt! Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation has expressed thanks on behalf of the Alzheimer’s disease sufferers and their caregiver families helped by the generosity of these pro golfers and the members of Seawane Country Club.
