Caregiver Support Groups

Monthly support groups for caregivers are offered, including tailored groups for spouses, adult children and the bereaved. All groups are facilitated by Master’s level and licensed social workers. These groups provide participants with education, coping strategies and community resources to assist them in being more comfortable and effective in their caregiving role. Group members have the opportunity to ventilate feelings and benefit from peer and professional support.

Caregiver Support Groups meet three times a month. For more information or to register for a Caregiver Support Group, please contact us at (516) 767-6856.
